Costco is the main pillar of this project and it will also feature other popular restaurants and retailers such as In-N-Out hamburger, BJ's restaurant and brewery, Chipotle Grill, Zoe's Kitchen, Jersey Mike's and At Home.
Cedar Park Mayor Corbin Van Arsdale praised the agreement for this project as “smart and complicated” and expressed excitement about the convention center part of the project. When phase 2 is complete, Lakeline Park will be the largest park in Cedar Park with more than 200 acres. This development marks a series of firsts for Cedar Park according to Ben White, Director of Economic Development for the city. The Bell District is a public-private partnership between the City of Cedar Park and lead developer RedLeaf.
