This agreement details the development, design and use of the property, the financial plan, the terms of dismantling the property, and the obligations and responsibilities of both parties. The timeline for completion of projects in Cedar Park is dependent on several factors. The City of Cedar Park is working diligently to ensure that all projects are completed in a timely manner.
